The Fine Print
Once you submit your booking request, our team will confirm the reservation via email within 1-3 business days. This email will contain all final details for your booking, including contact name and meeting point, and will serve as confirmation that your tour is booked. In the unlikely event that there is no longer availability for your requested day and time, the charged amount will be credited back to you at no additional cost.
It may be possible to make changes to your reservation, depending upon the type of change required. Contact the Ciao Andiamo team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your booking code and we will be able to advise if the change is possible. While we do our best to accommodate our customers, purchases are non-refundable.
